Returns and Refunds

This is the Elements Medical Supplies/Ted Stockings Online Store Return Policy.  This policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

We accept Change of Mind returns within 7 days provided the following conditions:

• The item packaging is intact and unopened
• The product has not been used or damaged

If unable to return to our store directly, any costs involved in returning the product will be paid by the customer.

If your item arrived damaged

If the incorrect item was delivered

Please contact customer service on 1300 454 161 or customer.service@elementsmedical.com.au  within 7 days with a photograph of the product.

Cancellations

Please contact customer service on 1300 454 161 or customer.service@elementsmedical.com.au  ASAP and we will cancel the order if not sent.  Please note that we do have fast turn around times.

Other Returns

Please contact us if your product is:

• Unsafe
• Faulty or not as described
• Significantly different from what was advertised
• Not of an acceptable quality
